Fat Transfer Procedure – From $3,300
Performed by a registered medical practitioner
About Penile Enlargement Procedure
Penile enlargement using autologous fat transfer involves harvesting fat from another area of the patient’s body and carefully injecting it into the penile shaft. The aim of the procedure is to increase penile girth, and in some cases, length. This treatment may be considered by patients with aesthetic concerns or congenital conditions affecting penile dimensions.
How the Procedure Is Performed
- The treatment is performed under local anaesthesia in a clinical setting.
- Fat is typically harvested through a liposuction technique from the lower abdomen, pelvis, or thighs.
- The harvested fat is processed and re-injected into the penis in multiple layers to ensure even distribution.
- The procedure typically takes around 30 minutes.
Compression dressings may be applied post-procedure.
Suitability
This procedure may be suitable for individuals who:
- Are aged 18 or older
- Are medically fit for minor surgical procedures
- Have realistic expectations about potential outcomes
- Do not have active infections or significant medical conditions affecting healing
The procedure is not recommended for individuals with active sexually transmitted infections, chronic health conditions, or a history of penile implants (excluding circumcision).
Expected Outcomes
The goal of this procedure is to enhance the girth of the penis. Some change may be immediately visible; however, it is important to note that results may vary between individuals. Some fat reabsorption is expected over time, and additional sessions may be needed for maintenance.
Risks and Considerations
As with any medical procedure, there are potential risks and limitations. These include:
- Fat necrosis (death of fat cells)
- Asymmetry or uneven results
- Lumpiness or nodules
- Infection at the donor or injection sites
- Reabsorption of injected fat over time
- Pain, swelling, or bruising
- Dissatisfaction with cosmetic outcomes
- The need for further procedures
All patients must undergo a pre-treatment consultation to assess medical suitability, discuss risks, and determine appropriate expectations.
Aftercare and Recovery
- Most patients resume daily activities within 1 week (excluding sexual activity).
- Sexual intercourse should be avoided for at least 6 weeks.
- Pain or swelling can occur and is typically managed with oral medication.
- Follow-up visits may be required to monitor recovery and outcomes.
Fees and Payment
The cost for fat transfer penile enhancement at our clinic is AUD $3,300, inclusive of consultation, local anaesthesia, and post-procedure review. Costs may vary if combined with other procedures. Final costs will be confirmed after medical assessment.
Important Note
- This procedure is performed by a registered medical practitioner in accordance with medical guidelines.
- Results vary based on individual anatomy and healing response.
- This treatment is not intended as a cure for sexual dysfunction or psychological concerns related to body image.
